| My legs hit the wall at about 6 miles and it was a death march from there on in, I was going to try and run a few more miles after getting back to the house but there was just no way... I have had stomach issues all last night and I'm wondering if I have a little something that has zapped my energy, it was a really rough run. My average pace was slow at 9:17 with a total time of 1:33:49, I'm going to start hitting it hard from here on out on my way to the SGM.

| I ran the Payson Park loop but I cut out the rollers, my legs were till kinda heavy like on Saturday but not as bad, I just gutted it out. It was pretty darn hot too! My average pace was slower than normal, 8:54 with a total time of 55:42, hence the dead legs... No more missed days unless it is a Friday that is usually a scheduled day off but even then I might do a little cross training.

| I drove to the top of woodland hills and then I ran down to the mailboxes over to Loafer Canyon road and then up that a little ways and then back down to the house, its a good combination of downhill and uphill. I felt okay but not great, my legs are a little tired but not to bad, I want to do this a few more times before I start running Payson Canyon in a few weeks. My average pace was 8:45 with a total time of 1:07:04, I had a few 8 minute miles on some of the downhill miles but for the most part I tried to just take it easy for the first time down.

| I ran the usual route down into the river bottoms and then back to the house, I did few loops around my house to get the 15 plus miles in. I needed to get out at least an hour earlier but I slept in and I really paid for it those last few miles. My average pace was not great but not to bad either, average was 8:53 with a total time of 1:56:29... My goal is to bump up the long run mileage each week, I did some downhill training on wednesday and It kept me from running for a few days because of the stiffness, I hope I'm done with that now too. I really need to be getting the mileage in from here on out.

| I didn't run at all this week but I thought I still could get a decent long run in but I did a stupid thing... I hit the hot tub last night late and my legs just felt totally wiped out through the whole run. I hit the wall at Like mile two and then I just gutted it out the rest of the way, I tried to tack on a few more around the house but the old legs just wouldn't go any more. Average pace was slow at 9:33 with a total time of 1:55:37, I know I have had a hard time with motivation and its still a struggle but I have to rededicate myself from here to the marathon.

| I lost my Dad on Monday so I haven't even had the desire to get out, but then I realized that he wouldn't want me to stop living so I decided to get my butt out there. I ran the Mini Gu Corner route and then back to the house, my average pace was slow at 9:16 with a total time of 56:37. I'll Miss you Pops! You are my Hero and I love you! RIP.

| I buried My dad on Saturday and I really am not feeling the running but I know my dad would want me to get on with life, he lived right up until the last minute and I need to do the same. I just went 4 miles as I was a little pressed for time, but I'm so glad that I did. It made me feel so much better and I know he is proud of me too. My average pace was 8:21 with a total time of 34:23, I had 2 MP miles towards the end, 8:01, 8:06.

| I ran the Mini Gu corner route, I felt okay but not great. My average pace was 8:40 with a total time of 52:56, I had 4 of the miles that were sub 8:30 so that was pretty good. I have basically 2 months to get things back on track so that is my goal, which means I will run on Fridays if I miss a day during the week.
