| I ran out to Mini Gu via canal road and then back to the house, I felt okay this morning and I am so glad I was able to get my butt out of bed and get her done. My average pace was marginal at 8:41 with a total time of 53:11, it was a beautiful morning.

| I ran Harrys Hill this morning, I felt a lot stronger today than last time on the uphill and the downhill, I guess the one legged squats are starting to pay off. Progress. I had one MP mile on the downhill (7:48), my average pace was 8:48 with a total time of 56:15. It wasn't my fastest time on this route but I am trending in the right direction so I just have to stay at it.

| I ran out past Gu Corner and down into the river bottoms and then back to the house the same way, after returning home I did a 2 miles loop back past the stake center via canal road. i felt pretty decent this morning and my legs seemed to handle the mileage good so i feel like I am on the right track and making progress, my average pace was 8:40 with a total time of 1:45:04. I had a pretty strong last mile which tells me I am getting back to where I was before the long lay off, but i still have some work to do.

| I ran out to Mini Gu Corner via Canal road, I was having stomach issues the whole way and I even had another VPB so it wasn't real pleasant... I have also tweaked my back so that was bothering me as well but I was able to get her done even though it was slow most of the time. My average pace was 9:06 with a total time of 55:28, it was a tough run but I was able to over come the difficult issues and get through it.

| I ran Harry's Hill this morning and I feel like I really nailed it today. I was 20 faster running up it today than last week and my downhill miles were really good, 7:59, 7:17, every mile was at least 20 to 30 seconds faster than last week so pretty darn good. My average pace was 8:33 with a total time of 54:45, I am really happy with this run.

| I ran out past Gu Corner and then down into the river bottoms and then back the same way, after getting home I ran 1-2 mile loop and then a 1-mile loop to round out the 13 plus miles. It was a tough run but I was able to get her done, my average pace was slow at 9:00 with a total time of 1:58:07... I missed a couple of days running this week so I wasn't as consistent as I wanted to be but not to bad either.

| I finally was able to get a run in this week, a combination of work and then laziness has kinda made me sad. I had a really good run this morning and I really felt good, my pace was really up beat and I felt good mentally. My average pace was 8:23 with a total time of 51:13, I was faster today on this route than I have been since back before St George last year so even though I haven't run much this week I still had something good happen.

| Well its kinda of been a lazy week but the two runs that I have done have been really good... I'm heading to Hawaii with the kids tomorrow so I will run a little bit while I'm there but then when I get back its game on for St George. My average pace was 8:20 with a total time of 50:49, 4 miles were sub 8:15 mile with the last one being the best at 8:00. My leg's are coming back.

| I'm in Hawaii for the week with the family so I ran over to the temple and then back to the hotel, just over 3 miles. Pace was in the 8:30 range.

| Temple run again and then I ran over to the PCC, 8:50 pace and it is very humid here. I probably won't run much the rest of the week. I'm just going to enjoy the time off and hang with the kids.

| I decided that after almost two weeks af laziness that I had better get back to work, so I ran out past Mini Gu corner and then back to the house, I felt good and just enjoyed the morning. My average pace was 8:27 with a total time of 51:38, thats a nice training pace for me and I need to stay with it for the next 3 months and try and put the hammer down, so to speak.
