| Pretty Little Hill extended. Legs felt a little tired this morning but I got here done, my average pace was 8:42 with a total time of 1:02:24, i finished up with some lower body weights.

| I felt horrible this morning. Wobbly legs and stomach issues the whoile way. But, I got her done. My average pace was 8:50 with a total time of 55:23, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some psuh-ups. Hopefully tomorrow I'll feel better.

| First Loafer Canyon run, I didn't go all the way to the gate but almost... I should be good to go all the way to the gate next week. I took it easy on the uphill and the downhill but I seemed okay both ways. Stronger on the uphill for sure so I have some work to do on my dwonhill training. I finished up with some lower body weight training. Average pace was 9:28 with a total time of 59:48.

| Usual Saturday route. I felt pretty tired most of the run and the legs crashed again but not as bad as last Saturday, the last 3 miles I seemed to have more energy which was a nice surprise but I still have a long way to go. My average pace was 9:11 with a total time of 2:36:53.

| Out past Mini Gu Corner and back via canal road, the old legs were pretty darn heavy but I got her done. My average pace was 8:47 with a total time of 1:03:26, i finished up with some lower body weights.

| Up Mount loafer Canyon to the gate and then extended to the sacred grove. I felt decent on the uphill but crashed hard on the downhill, really crashed hard! i can only hope that it will get better the more I run the downhill. My average pace was super slow this morning at 10:01 with a total time of 1:21:17, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups.

| Usual Saturday Route down into the river bottoms, legs felt a little better and didn't crash as bad as last week. Good sign. My average pace was 9:02 with a total time of 2:25:43, I missed a few days this week so I need to continue being more consistant, Thats my goal for next week.

| Out to Payson Park and back via canal road. I felt just horrible. Weak and tired and just no energy at all. My average pace was 9:24 with a total time of 1:07:37, i finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups. I'm not sure what to do at this point. I am not improving at all really, I'm not getting stronger or quicker. Its just frustrating. Oh well. Maybe this is what old age feels like... if it is then it sucks!

| I finally felt good for a change this morning! Pace was up beat and steady and my tunrover was a lot better. My average pace was 8:28 and my total time was 1:01:01, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups. I had an 8:10 and 8:15 mile pace on a few of them which is trending in the right direction. Not sure what tomorrow will be like but I will enjoy today and hope for the best.
