| Pretty Little Hill Route Via Canal road, I felt pretty decent again so a lot of positive signs with everything. My average pace was 8:45 with a total time of 46:16, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups. I need to ramp things up a little and start running more days and be more consistant.

| Out towards Payson Park but I stopped short of the Park. I felt pretty darn good this morning I had 1 mile close to MP at 8:09. My average pace was 8:30 with a total time of 53:01, I finished up with some upper body weoghts and some push-ups.

| Harry's Hill up, I was pleasantly surprised on this one. My average pace was 9:03 with a total time of 57:50, I had 1 MP mile on the downhill at 7:49. I finished up with some upper body weights.

| Mini Gu in the wind. My breathing is way harder than it should be for the pace that I an running, I'm Not sure why. This pace in the past has been easy as far as breathing has been concerned. My average heart rate is right where it ususally is but my breathing isn't. Hopefully it will improve. My average pace was 8:55 with a total time of 55:02, I finished up with some lower body weights.
