I didn't run at all this week but I thought I still could get a decent long run in but I did a stupid thing... I hit the hot tub last night late and my legs just felt totally wiped out through the whole run. I hit the wall at Like mile two and then I just gutted it out the rest of the way, I tried to tack on a few more around the house but the old legs just wouldn't go any more. Average pace was slow at 9:33 with a total time of 1:55:37, I know I have had a hard time with motivation and its still a struggle but I have to rededicate myself from here to the marathon.
