I ran out to Mini Gu Corner and then back to the house, I ran a little further than I should have  this morning as my legs were etill trashed from yesterdat's run. My average pace was nice and easy at 9:17 with a total time of 56:41. I realized that I have been posting on the wrong days this week, this should be on thursday's not fridays but I'm not going to go and change all the days and re-enter so I will keep it as is.
