First Payson Canyon run with Bigfoot. I actually felt pretty good for the first time down which was a pleasant surprise. My average pace was 8:00 and I wasn't trying real hard to push it. I had 5 Mp miles and they went like this, 8:05, 7:49, 7:45, 7:40, 7:53. As I get more use to the down hill I really think I'll be a lot like I was 10 years ago. Thats bmy hope anyway.

See you tomorrow.

Pretty Little Hill and then I extended past the house. I just tried to keep it easy after yesterdays up tempo run. My average pace was 8:45 with a total time of 1:02:31. I felt okay. Not like yesterday but still good.

See you tomorrow.
