Ran out towards Payson Via Canal road, I ran some quarter mile pickups toward the end of each mile on the lasr 4 miles. Legs will not turn over as quick as I'd like, i don't know why. My average pace was 9:10 with a totla time of 56:55, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups. Hopefully my elgs will come around and some quickness will come back as i get more consistant.
