Out to Mini Gu Corner and then Took a Detour on the way back just to break up the route, the legs were tired and slower than normally but I still beat the 9 minute guy. So that still makes me faster than I was in High school. HAHA. Mya evrage pace was 8:58 with a total time of 1:03:57, I finished up with some lower body weights on the legs. It was a better week for me but I still need to get to at leat 5 days a week, and start getting some double digit runs in on the weekends.
