I ran out towards Payson this afternoon via canal road, It was a beautiful afternoon too! I was  a little tired this run but I'm really proud of myself for staying at it for 3 days in a row... My average pace was slower at 8:58 with a total time of 36:47, I finished up with some upper body weight training and then some push-ups.
