I came home from work and jumped on the elliptical for 30 minutes and ran 3.25 miles on the treadmill in 30 minutes, I felt okay as far as the hip goes but it is starting to get a little sore as I'm writing this I 'll see how it is in the morning. If my hip is sore then I will sleep in, I finished up with some strength training and then some push-ups... See ya tomorrow.
