I ran out past Gu and then down into the river bottoms on to the River trail and then back home, I felt pretty good and my aveage pace was closer to 8:25, I forgot to turn my watch off at one of stops and it screwed everything up. Total time was 1:59:23, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups.I had a good week this week, at least for me anyway.
