Payson Park loop this morning, I felt okay but not great but it was a beautiful morning and I'm glad that I was able to get out. My average pace was 8:34 with a total time of 53:25, finished up with some upper body weight trianing and then some push-ups. I'm running the ST George marathon this year again and my boston qualify time is 3:40:00, so I will be counting every mile under 8:20 a MP mile, where I need to average an 8:23 pace to get my time. I hope to finally qualify.

Out to Mini Gu Corner and back, I felt way tired today especially at the end but it was a beautiful morning and it was so nice to get out in the morning. My average pace was 8:30 with a total time of 52:07, I finished with some one legged squats.

Hills this morning. I felt really good on this route this morning and I beat last weeks time by a long ways. My average pace was 7:53 with a total time 49:53, MP miles were, 7:50, 8:00, 7:22, and 7:27 this was on the flat. I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups, it was a grat run and a beautiful morning.

Out to Mini Gu and Back via Canal road, I just wanted to keep it easy today as my legs were still a little tired from yesterdays run, but they weren't that bad either so it was just a nice recovery run. My average pace was 8:37 with a total time of 52:54.

I ran out past Gu and then down into the river bottoms on to the River trail and then back home, I felt pretty good and my aveage pace was closer to 8:25, I forgot to turn my watch off at one of stops and it screwed everything up. Total time was 1:59:23, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups.I had a good week this week, at least for me anyway.
