Just an easy run out to the big blue mailbox on canal road and then back to the house, legs are still a little stiff from Wednesday's downhill training run but they felt okay so that was good. My average pace was 8:30 with a total time of 40:05, finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups. 20 Minutes on the elliptical at a moderate pace for a couple of Cross training miles.
