| | AM- Something > Nothing pt2. Just wanted to get a little bit. Didn’t feel great but what else is new? Still had a good time through random streets. 3.2 miles
PM- Ran 20 with the boys and 13 on my own. Had a goal to speed up after leaving the boys even though I wanted to slow down. Hit some coach laps. 4.25 miles

| | AM- Vegas Invite. Running around cheering on the faster Utah kids. 2.23 miles
PM- Gallon of Dr. Pepper. Had to get my moneys worth of Dr. Pepper at the UT game so I drank like a gallon. Then I drank like a gallon of water to make up for it. Needless to say my run was a bloated adventure. Wanted 2 hours and was successful. Felt pretty smooth without pushing too hard. Missed my turn at the end so ended up going a little longer, but that’s ok. For all my doubters out there……I got my run in, 15 miles

| | AM- Warm up with boys. Had some foot/ankle pain towards the end. Mixed in with different groups for the tempo on the track. Ran with Miles, Em’s group, Andi, and Matthew. I even gave Trevor a lap. 6.7 miles
PM- Quick 25 with boys. Felt hot and tired but good. 3.33 miles

| | AM- Smooth. Got out early and went down state street for about a mile then up to the trail. Got a little over 6 before meeting up with the coaches for another 5ish miles. Overall felt pretty good. 11.67 miles
AM2- Border Wars. I was the only person that ran over 3 miles today. Cheering on kids. 3.87 miles

| | Follow the Orange Arrows. Ran the Hurricane course backwards then around the roller coaster section a couple of times. Jumped into a soft dirt area and hurt my hernia. Liked the rollercoaster section. 8.28 miles

| | AM- Tempo. 15 warm with boys, coach laps, ran 5-6 minutes on each of Emmalee's 3x10 minute tempos. Tried out the endorphin 4 pros. Gonna bust them out again for the marathon. 7.73 miles
PM- Green Springs. Felt so tired but just kept the legs moving. 3.32 miles

PM- Saturday = Best Run Day. Got out late for a second run. I always strive to get the most miles on Saturday. Hit the Bloomington loop (with my extension) then some random neighborhoods. Just wanted to run smooth and see what I could run. Ran 7:20s for a 3-4 miles. Had a dog jump me and had a hard time getting going afterwards. 7.85 miles

PM- Hills (not so much for me). Started with girls then hit a bathroom stop. Cheered on hill runners then some minutes with boys. Probably extended too far following dirty Liam and the boys. Felt super tired and light headed. 5.35 miles

PM- Crebain from Dunland (spies of Saruman). Down to the river with the boys. Flipped with silver after a side jingle quest. Heat was ruining me. I keep dying at the end. Saw some weird birds during stretches. 5.73 miles

| | 3:52AM- Tour de Bloomington.
Best run for my marathon training, just had to wake up early enough to get it in. Had a goal of hitting 2 hours starting out at 8 min miles and working my way down to lower 7s. Hit a 7:49 2nd mile and just kind of rolled from there. Wanted to negative split and have the last mile as my fastest. Think I hit all my goals. Turned the Bloomington Loop into a crazy tour of so many roads in Bloomington. Hit 14 miles at around 7:20 pace. Love the Endorphins for this run. Feel like next weekend will go well as long as I run to my training.
Almost cleared to run. Set a goal of only running the marathon if I was in the 170s. Hit 181 this morning.
PM- Always a great time at the Cedar Invite. Took it slow and cheered on the fast kids. 2.72 miles

| | Race Pace Workout. Warm with the boys. Mixed in some minutes with the boys on their intervals. Gave Bridger my best 1 minute. Then ran 2 miles at marathon race pace, 7:09 and 7:30. Cool with coaches and Emmalee. 9.63 miles
