AM- Black Brush partly with the big group, then Isaac E, then Keaton and Kenny. After I got back I extended hoping to find the main group of boys only to realize they were across the canyon from me. So I went out and found them just in time to finish with them. I parked 1.5 miles away from the trailhead so I had a nice warm and cool. I felt good, especially after a 20 mile Saturday. 11.02 miles

AM- Little Pilot to trail loop. 4.6 miles 

PM- I ran the same Murray loop 6 times cheering on kids. I charged the big hill 6 times too. I borrowed a garmin watch to see how far my loop was. Each loop I ran was about .70. So around 4.2 miles total

Marieta dropped Aaron, Clinton, and I up at the start line of the marathon. I ran pretty well until my IT band started flaring up. Overall a good run but maybe too long for today. I'm hopeful that I'll be ready for the marathon and have fresh legs for it.
