| | AM: Made it to an early morning practice. I wasn't ready for a full 70 minute so I settled for 38 minutes. 4.25 miles
PM: Easy 25 with the gang. 3.20 miles

| | I didn't get up early enough to meet up with the team so I did my own quick run before I had to get ready for school.

| | 45 minutes with some kids then I ran with Dakota and Caleb. Once I got home I ran 2 miles with Marieta. 7.24 miles

| | AM: Weights and 15 minute loop. Felt tired but good. 1.78 miles
PM: Fire House fun with the crew. We split up at the Jr cave initiation and ran through Washington. 4.56 miles

| | Started from my house and up on the ridges south of Desert Hills. Stopped and watched the track meet. Afterwards I ran home through desert and back home. Feels good to be doing adventure runs again. 6.64 miles

| | Shoe run with a big crew. Running is becoming more comfortable for me. It's been so long.

| | AM- Ran a little loop with Marieta before we went over to the track meet. 1.79 miles
PM: All day I felt like I had a cold but I wasn't going to let that stop me from anything. Monday took enough of my free time away. After hiking Dino Cliffs, Marieta and I went out for a second run. We ran into some bums camping behind Bloomington Wal-Mart. I am excited that I am finally able to run without consistent pains. Things are looking up for this "heavy runner." 4.24 miles

| | AM- I felt really sluggish on the morning run. Only got 3.90 miles
PM- I did my own 10 minutes of running then met up with the boys. 4.25 miles

| | Went and ran around downtown St. George after the 1600s. I met up with my Dad at the DSU track unintentionally. 4.18 miles

| | AM: Ran the little loop around the hood. 2.05 miles
PM: Kick it with Elijah, Bentley, and Caleb. Caleb picked up the pace and extended. I was feeling good so I went with him. Then with about 1/4 mile to go I had the urge to throw up. Super random but all in all a good run. 5.70 miles

| | Ankle was bugging so I took things easy. I will ice and get ready for the weekend. 4.07 miles

| | Ran 2 miles with Marieta then several miles on the track with Roberts. 8.16 miles

| | AM- Secret Sauce Trail with the team. I wanted to stay up with some kids but it took me awhile for my breathing to relax. It was fun to see the guys moving up ahead of me. 6.11 miles
PM- Loop around Sugar Leo to the river. 4.14 miles

| | Great morning run up through Tonaquint. Did pick ups with Bentley, Boston, and Bryan. Then once we got back to confluence Bryan and I extended. 7.42 miles

| | Up past Sunrise Tire and back with Bentley. Uphill kicked me every which way. Did some striders. 5.04 miles

| | AM- 10 warm with the kids then laps on the track watching the kids run. 7.01 miles
PM- Easy 20ish. My legs were feeling pretty beat up so I didn’t try to reach for more time. 2.81 miles

| | I had to get out even if it was late. Took a nap after the track meet. Then got out and ran by the river and a little by I-15. Hot but manageable. 8.17 miles
