| | Ran from Santa Clara Library down the road for 2 miles. Then turned around and headed back for a pick up from Marieta. I did not feel great. I think my recovery is going to take longer than I want. 3.71 miles

| | Decided to sleep in because I don't think I am ready for 2 a days/more mileage. Jogged around while the kids ran a workout. I hope I heal up in time to be a little more involved with their workouts. Kids are looking strong! Gaige and Coleman were adament that I needed to put on my calf sleeve so I did after the warm up. 5.11 miles

| | AM- Weights then 15. I tried to run with the boys but slowed quickly. Dropped back to the tribe. 1.71 miles
PM- Washington with the girls. Had a little more consistency in my calf. The striders were the only iffy moments. 4.09 miles

PM- Got worked on by my chiropractor father in law and calf felt a little better for an afternoon run. Chill short run. 2.25 miles
*Watched Trey Dubspain win the 3200 in Arcadia with a 9:13.01. That kid is amazing!

| | Created a little loop around Floyd Lamb Park. My calf seemed to gather strength as the miles went by. Some fun terrain. Goal of 6, then an hour, then 7 miles. Did the team cool after. Got to take care of myself. 7.03 miles

| | AM- Didn't get a run in this morning.
PM- Warm with the girls. Mixed in some speed and running with mainly Kate, Brooklyn, Brecken, and Coleman. Did 2 different 400s (a portion of the full workout) with Brecken trying to help her. She ran well. Jogged around a little at the kids track meet. 5.60 miles

| | AM- 25 with the boys. I felt really slow and sore. I warmed a little bit after about 10-12 minutes. 3.08 miles
PM- Washington and Marlar with the boys. Took a second to warm up. My calf felt better but also a little more tinder. 4.64 miles

PM2- B Loop with extension. Had to get out and enjoy the night. Minimal complaints in my calf. Much better than the morning. 4.13 miles

PM- Mixed in some speed with the team. Mainly chasing TP. Talked to the girls about upcoming opportunities. I enjoy this time of the year. It's been nice collaborating with the coaches too. A lot of good things are going on with the team and I am thankful I can run a little bit now. 4.37 miles

| | AM- Wednesday morning with the boys. Went through stages of feeling great and then feeling really tired. 3.51 miles
PM- Out looking for Cole. Never ran into him…..makes you wonder if he even ran Middleton?? My calf was not a fan of the strides so I backed off towards the end of the run. 4.72 miles

| | Didn't run this morning because Marieta is sick and kept me up all night. Plus I wanted to make sure she was ok before I went to work. Then the plumbers stopped by the house after school and left some devastating news. So I had to get out just to clear my head. 4.32 miles

| | AM- Got to the school a little early and saw Dave running by so I chased him down and ran a little with him. Then 20 minutes with the girls. Ended up talking with Kaelynn and Brecken mainly. 4.03 miles
PM- Everything Everywhere All At Once
I was running with a lot of different groups. Warmed with boys. Mixed in some speed with Olivia, Laney, and Ali. Then a 200 with Kate, Adri, Brooklyn, and Brecken. Ran a little with the boys, coaches, etc. Calf is bi polar. 5.03 miles
