PM- My calf was bugging during the 10 minute warm so I went and grabbed my calf sleeve. Felt some relief. Hit some laps with the coaches. Then hit the last 200 of Brooklyn and Kateβs 600 interval. Then a second time. Glad I could throw some helpful speed. 5.08 miles

PM- 20 with Laney, Ali, Jordyn, and Liv. Coach laps, and a couple of 100s with KT, El, Em. 100 meters was about all I could give to contribure to their workout. 5.26 miles

| | AM- Had a little bit of a set back last Thursday with my calf. Took Friday and Saturday off because State. Iβm hoping taking a couple of days will help my calf in the long run. 3.12 miles

PM- Went out for a casual run with George. Then towards the end I realized one of my air pods was missing. My Fanny pack had a hole in it. We retraced our steps with no luck. Upon further review we found it close to home. Glad I found it. Also glad I was forced into more mileage. Trying to get my new Nike's back into rotating, hoping they are not the reason for my calf issues. Felt fine tonight. Accidentally kicked a toad. 8.85 miles
