Easy 3 but tried throwing some speed in there.
A little speed work.
Fastest mile: 7:25, slowest: 11something.
Easy jog to the river with Ryan and Scota
2 a days? I ran a mile with my Dad coming down the observation point hike. Then later at night I pounded out 4 1/2 more.
2 miler out to Sunrise. Tried running an under 7:30 last mile and did it in 7:04.
Ran 5 with my Dad in on a Zion trail. Ran a little more on the Emeralds Pool park.
Ran down to the bike trail then up the most southern end of Foremaster, down Sunrise and to the Casa.
