I ran this race as a 10 mile workout because if I would have gone all out I probably would have ruined my chance of running fast for region track. So I just went out and ran a solid 10 and then waited for Jared Gentry and ran the final 3 miles with him. If I would have ran the complete race I would have run like a 1:23.

SUCK! I sucked it up at region! I was positive about running under 2:10 all day but when it came to crunch time I wussed out. I think I PR'd for the year but I'm still mad. I wanted to end my high school running career in a better way.

I'm going to take a week break and then get ready for Wasatch Back.
