| | Ran an easy 3, I'm still pretty out of shape. Today was the beginning of the end of my high school running career. My goals for track: Get back down to my stellar 142 pound, 5.9 body fat % body form (right now I weigh like 160). Break 2.10 in the 800 and break 5 minutes in the 1600. This is going to be hard because I haven't put in the work like I did for cross country.

| | I ran out to the flag football field up by the city offices. I played football with some friends for about 2 hours then ran home. On my home I stopped by the New St. George Running Center to check it out. I love the new location, right by my house.

| | I ran the Zabriskie 7 with Corey, Austin, and Coach. I felt pretty good a little tired at first but thinks worked out.

| | I ran some 6 uphill 400s with Austin, Danny, Corey, and Coach. They did more but I did enough for one day. I hadn't noticed until I got back to the school but one of my shoes was all bloody. I guess I had a cut toe, it got my Steelers socks all bloody.

| | I really struggled at the beginning of this 9 miler in the desert above Middleton. I was having some aches and pains I haven't had in a long time. I kept talking myself through it though and managed to get by. It was nice to run with Coach, Dan, Ausin, and Kimz.

Painters Half Marathon (13.1 Miles) 01:25:21 | | I am out of shape, but I did fairly well today in this race. I stayed mentally strong throughout the whole thing. I also slipped on some frost on one of the bridges and went down hard, so that was sweet.

| | I am pretty sore from The half, B-ball game, Ultimate Frisbee, and cross country skiing. So I ran with some rookies, and told them about the life of a runner and stuff.

| | I thought I could run with the big boys today but I'm still sore from the half etc. So I ran Chuck-a-Rama with Tason and Tyson with striders after.

| | Ran Schnobe Kai with the Hard working Gooldys. I was having trouble breathing and just felt tired throughout the whole run.

| | I didn't start out with the big crew because I was waiting for Willy and TA. I got tired of waiting so I went out and ran the workout Austin, and Kimz did. I need to start stretching, my shins were hurting way bad on the Sunrise Hills.
