Hit the B Loop then did sets of 1, 2, 3, 3, 2, 1 at marathon pace. Then hit another 1,2,3 and 6 1s. Had a 1 minute recovery between everything other than when I lost track of time. Felt pretty freakin’ good! 8.24 miles
