| | Cold Rain Run > Cold Windy Run. Out towards Sun River. No old people were seen. Was hoping for a little more rain and less wind.

| | I'm Back. Took a couple days off running having a baby or something. Hope to get back in rhythm for my own sanity. Bloomington to Crosby then around South Gate. Felt good just some cold knees.7.4 miles

| | Hit the B Loop then did sets of 1, 2, 3, 3, 2, 1 at marathon pace. Then hit another 1,2,3 and 6 1s. Had a 1 minute recovery between everything other than when I lost track of time. Felt pretty freakin’ good! 8.24 miles

| | Started by the Tonaquint Cemetery and decided to loop it. Was able to find a little groove without having to do pick ups. Got around Indian Hills then extended by the Ford dealership and back to the car. 7.54 miles

| | Had my mom watch Trey so I could get some miles in. Ran towards the Dog Pound and jumped on the trail from there heading towards Trail to Knowhere. Found a little creatined groove and saw some Hills. 8.11 miles
