| | Best way to test the hernia is running on loose rock and switch backs. Right calf got so tight I had to switch my calf sleeve. Had to do some climbing at the end. 6.33 miles

| | Ran from a appointment home. Felt a little off in my groinal/hernia region. Once again I ran 6.13 but strava is short changing me.

| | End of XC. No strava tax today! I ran 4.14 thinking Strava would tax me to 4.13. AC with the whole team. I learned Jake is the Josh Allen of his school. Fun way to wrap up the season running as family crew. 4.14 miles

| | AM- 25 out and around running slow. 2.69 miles
PM- Started at Crosby again. Went in directions to avoid bikers. What percentage of ROTC kids turn into city trail bikers?? There has to be some connection to that entitlement attitude. 4.35 miles

No Last One Standing for me this year so I did a different endurance test. Wanted 20 or 3 hours. Didn’t really have a set route and just followed paved trails. Hit some desert right when my legs were getting sore. Navigated to my favorite parts of White Dome. Finished with my fastest miles and ran until I saw Trey and Marieta. Fun adventure! 20.48 miles

| | Tour de Ivins and Kayenta with D-Rock. Started out super rough but my sore muscles settled after a couple of miles. It was fun running up by crazy lady Hildebrandt’s house and Red Mtn. Super stinky at the end for some reason. 11.41 miles

| | 5 Hills / Week 3 Complete. Ran 5 of the different routes up to the Tech Ridge. The Dragon Tail was a calf burner for sure. I wanted to run Temple Quarry but it was closed so I just finished on top of the ridge. Proud of myself for not walking a step on those big boy climbs. 7.17 miles
