| | Started on what I thought was designated trail. Ended up on a slow deer highway. Found an actual road and sped things up. 10.27 miles

| | AM- Spent the first hour running/climbing ridges. I was hoping to see elk, big bucks, or get to Bryce Canyon. I saw the the Bryce Road but didn’t want to climb another ridge. So I went to find a trail to speed up my run. Gained a 1,000 feet in elevation. 4 miles
AM2- Got down to the main road and chased some dumb cows that should just stay put. Ran up to the start Dairy Hollow and the Pink Cliffs trails. Consistent running all the back to the Kanab Creek turn off. Washed off in the waterfall and ran back to camp. Good endurance test for me in the heat. 12.24 miles

| | AM- Super slow start. Ran a little bit before meeting up with the team. Got 5 minutes with the boys before I had to turn around back for meetings. Back to reality. 3.23 miles
PM- Course set up. Set up and quick jog around. 1.61 miles
PM2- Cool with Tall T and the Gang after a boys sweep and W. 1.65 miles

| | AM- Ran my own box loop for a warm up. 2.14 miles
AM2- Up GS with the girls. Strides and tv show talk included. 4.02 miles
PM- Stayed at PV for my double. Ran towards Sullivan and took the paved trail back to the school. 4.08 miles

| | AM- Turkey Farm. Lost the battle to win the war. Ran very conservative on the way up so I'd have a lot left on the way back. I knew the boys would cruise by me, but I kept some of them in sight. I think I broke a rib from all the jostling on the craziest downhill. I didn't even have to hurt Briger Jaggi for my rib pains. Found Andi and Laura and spent my last minutes with them. Felt super thirsty majority of the run. 11.26 miles
PM- All I Wanted Was a Pepsi. Random route from Dixie Center. Listened to some tunes. Was feeling the heat, but it was a dry heat so I didn’t give a poop. 4.51 miles

| | AM- River. Fun run with the boys. Lost energy at around 3 miles. My strides are just getting back to normal running pace. 4.51 miles
PM- Run with the boys. Learned a lot about Miles. Added on my own and almost threw up my lunch. 3.50 miles

Hoka Relays (4x1600) (1 Miles) 00:05:47, Place overall: 5, Place in age division: 1 | | AM- Left my car at Búfalo Wild Wings yesterday so I’d have a reason to wake up and get some miles. Slow jog to my car. 5.58 miles
AM2- Warm up with the few boys who didn’t go to the bathroom. Almost got knocked over by Andi Baker. 3.05 miles
RACE- Ross had me at a 5:47. Wussed out and got passed by Angel Reese (Jeric Wilson) at the end. I was even hyped up on all sorts Rimmasch concoctions. Need to clean up laps 2, 3, 4. Won the nonexistent Coaches Division with Dave Holt Rush Mills Bridger Jaggi. 1.04 miles
AM3- Long cool down with a whole bunch of people. 3.75 miles

| | Marathon Course. 14 with D-Rock. Conservative and chill for the first 9–10. Then tried to crush the last 4-5. Mission Accomplished! Might be my last time on the course before race day. 14.34 miles

| | AM- 30/90. Warm with boys to trail to knowhere. Started with Zac and worked trailing different groups and passing others. Did 15 sets. Struggled on some of the hills but overall a good lil run. 7.16 miles
PM- Out to Nisson’s with the crew. Dry Heat, No Problem. 3.27 miles

PM- Heat got to me this afternoon. Once I hit the back grass my world was spinning. Decided to call it. Probably didn’t eat enough during the day. 2.42 miles

| | AM- Parked by On The Run and went into Green Springs and over to Washington. Thought I was running faster than I was. 6.01 miles
AM2- Normal morning route with the boys. Added my own loop. 4.26 miles
PM- Running around Cedar All Comers trying to avoid all the football player egomaniacs. Double W day for the kids. Good start to the season. 1.70 miles

| | PM- Run towards the river with plenty of water stops. Just kinda cruised along making sure the kids were doing ok. Ran in some “Pine Valley” Bondis that are super wide. Felt soft but I was sloshing around in them. 6.18 miles
PM2- Parked by Popeyes and ran 4 miles before eating some tendies. 4.26 miles

| | Renegade Camp. “14” with Rush before running with the girls. Branched off to a group of Kaelynn, Sariah, and Emmalee. Great run pushing the dirt road. Struggled in stretches and excelled in others. Kaelynn added a mile with me to get 18. Longest continuous run I’ve done in a long time. 18.15 miles

| | AM- Great 30/90 workout with Em, Tay, and Will. Up over Foremaster and up to trail knowhere. Survived the uphills and crushed the downhills with a very strong finish. 8.10 miles
PM- Freshman Run. Tried to fit in with the Freshman as we slugged through the heat. Added some school laps on my own. 4.28 miles

| | AM- warm up. A little lap or two before practice. 1.69 miles
AM2- Warm up with boys. Had intentions of jumping in the workout but was feeling like doodoo. Played it safe and ran some coach laps. 7.15 miles
PM- Did a modified version of the workout from the morning. 2 sets of 2x4 minute @race pace. Then some fast 45 seconds. Mixed in with Freshman and the President. 4.95 miles

| | AM- Got to the school early and wasn't very motivated but got the legs moving. Ran with the girls and talked about a show I won't admit to watching. Weights. 4.08 miles
PM- Reliving Trevor's childhood out in the heat in Washington. Survived and actually ran fast considering how hot and not great I was feeling. 4.26 miles

| | Early morning with D Rock. Ran 5 together before he started running sub 6 and I had to poop. The bathroom I was banking on was gone so I had to improvise….. Got running back on track. Hit a bunch of miles at race pace and finished pretty strong. Got my supplemental game down so that’s good! 16.32 miles, 6:52 ave if you take a way the first mile.

| | AM- Parkway. Fell back from the boys so I let the girls catch me. Good time running with El, Em, Tev, and Syd. Then hit the last 5 minutes with the top boys. 6.78 miles
PM- Bunch of Hicks and Inbreds. Ran with the overrated boys team down to the river. Warm but legs felt pretty good, might go chill out on mileage. 4.46 miles

PM- Struggled to get any speed going. Mixed in a couple of minutes behind the top boys, a 3 minute with Andi, 45s with the boys. Ended with a 45 trailing the goofy girl freshman crew. 6.31 miles

| | AM- Attack of the Emo? I trailed the boys out past AC. Then a random emo kid jumped out in front of the mall “sprinting” after the boys. Luckily and not surprisingly, he didn’t last very long and descended into the shadows from whence he came. 3.4 miles
PM- Up to Green Springs church with the gang. Hit some strides and definitely didn’t make predictions for TSITP. 5.07 miles

| | AM- Went looking for State Street. Had to hit some 1 minute intervals to work out some tiredness. Almost got in an altercation with the smallest buck. Ran down by BYU’s track and back home. 10.03 miles
AM2- Timpanogos. Running around during the race. Got stung by a wasp in my calf while I was sprinting. 1.82 miles

AM2- Up towards Dixie Rock. Kids smoked me on the uphill then I crushed some 30s with Miles, Tay, and Little Joe. Felt pretty good. 7.26 miles
