AM- Parked by On The Run and went into Green Springs and over to Washington. Thought I was running faster than I was. 6.01 miles 

AM2- Normal morning route with the boys. Added my own loop. 4.26 miles 

PM- Running around Cedar All Comers trying to avoid all the football player egomaniacs. Double W day for the kids. Good start to the season. 1.70 miles
