| | AM- Jumped on my favorite abandoned golf course for some relaxing soul soothing miles. Took a pit stop at a 7/11 and bought a Thompson household favorite beverage. Added some speed for the last couple of miles and had myself a good little morning run. An easy 10, if you will. 10.01 miles
PM- Went for a double because I spent too much time inside. Had to work out some groin pains. 4.08 miles

| | Turned a negative into a positive. Started out feeling rough. The more I ran the better I felt. Mainly coach laps then I even mixed in some speed with the kids on the track. Proud of the kids out here still getting after it. 8.43 miles

| | Been a while since I’ve run some good desert. Brushed a cactus about a mile into the run and had a couple of ankle rolls but I’m not Trevor Prior so I recovered immediately. Got on some of my favorite sections and ended up on Zen following pink flags. Hit some road for the last couple of miles. 10.41

| | Back at it with D-Rock. Took a random route from Confluence Park. Ended running the new trails all the way up to the Hospital. Derek ran into a rope fence thing, could’ve been worse. We jumped back on the Mayors Loop and found a way to get 10. Not very fast this morning. 10.02 miles

| | Warm up with the boys then I wanted to run fast. Ran a 400. Then when Trevor was actually ready to run fast I ran a 198 with the boys.
*My running has been weird as of late. No urgency to run a ton.

| | Ran out some frustrations while waiting for packet pick up and food at Viva Chicken. Kept it under 8 and hit Utah Tech (a place I don’t recognize) and down to the river trail. Some biker said “nice” as he passed me so I must’ve been looking good. Ran my last mile as my fastest. 8.55 miles / 7:39 mile
Once that yuca frita hit my problems went away….

Race- Silver lining of being in town was being able to run this race. Started out strong and then had stomach issues and turned into a wuss. Had to push a lady out of my way after trying to warn her 2 times. Sorry lady! Not that anyone has keeping track but took 5th behind Derek Gallacher , Hellian, Random guy, and Crimson freshman. 3.15 miles
mile 1- 5:52
mile 2- 6:26
mile 3- 6:36
Cool- Hit some miles with D-Rock. Both of us were pretty slow but we got the desired mileage so no complaints. 5.7 miles

Rally for Ally 5K (3.06 Miles) 00:19:32 | | Ran with Scottie Bushar taking turns pushing and getting complacent. I had to close a gate a little after a mile that cost me 10-15 seconds. The announcer said I was the “2nd Place Female” but I never got my prize?!? So fun to see so many PV Legends today! Amazing turn out and support today! Gotta love the Holts 🐈🤷♂️! Plus I think the course was actually pretty freakin’ solid even for having 500-600 people on it.
*Can’t believe I ran this well considering how much pain I’ve been in. Football (with too many Ellsworths) and lifting stuff for the race got my hernia flaring up.
Clean up with Travis, Luke, and Scottie.
