| | Did the same modified workout as last week. Boys did 3s and I did 2s. I’d say a much better workout for me. Haven’t run 200s like this Dixie Middle Metler days. 7.01 miles

| | I was nervous going into this run because I had some sharp pain in my lower leg/ankle. Ended up not being a factor in the run. I should’ve pushed harder earlier. I started my 30/90s 20 minutes into the run. I chased down Nathan and Joseph (a little late). 7.3 miles

PM- Started on somebody’s Loop (can’t remember who). Down by the skimboard park and up to the old mile repeat loop. Liam tried to ditch me on the strides. 5.61 miles

PM- Got bored at the track meet. Ran with the varsity kids down to the river. Stopped at Bat Tunnel on the way. 4.46 miles

| | Started 30/90s after 20 minutes. Wanted to run a little faster. Hit the AGC. Had a 5 mile chunk at 7:02 pace. Fallen trees and obstacles slowed me down for the last set. Did 20 30/90s. 8.24 miles
