Be the 1st male athlete to run all 4 years at Dixie State University. Done!
Long-Term Running Goals:
Be a life-long runner
Ran a little but still having pain.
Ran with 8 minutes with Jason and Boston. Had to relax the leg so I cut short. I might cut out running completely for a little bit.
Easy 10 minutes on some grass
Just ran slow and my calves tightened up.
Easy 12 minutes with Marieta. I will keep testing the leg. I think its feeling better, might be because I have taken a long break.
Ran to the middle school and worked out inthe gym. Ran a mile on the tread mill then on home. Leg was feeling decent so I will take it easy and slowly increase my mileage.
Went too long. Leg pains started to show up again.
Just got our for a little bit.
