Long-Term Running Goals:
Be a life-long runner
20 60 second intervals
AM: Easy with Shi, Hunter, Brandon, and Megan.
PM: Chuck-a-Walla to Hobo Canyon with George.
Feeling cold and tired.
Ran 6.5 Middleton loop at a 7:10 mile pace. Felt smooth but it was cold and wet.
Ran T-Bone the Middleton Power line and back to the University. Ran fast for a trail run. Brought my last 2 miles down under 7 min pace.
Coral Canyon to Prospector.
Ran down the Monkey Test Jump Mesa. Ran the 3 miles at 16:22.
