| | Ran some speed work with the boys (well I tried). I shortened some of the 3 minute intervals so I could focus on different people and actually run their pace. I did about 1:15 with Trey and once we hit the rock hill it was over. My right knee seemed a little tweaked on the hill. 7.18 miles

| | Exit 13 trails into twilight tunnel and up to Highland Park. Had some fun with the girls. Then on the way back I asked Kate what time she had, knowing she was trying to run 50 minutes. She said 46 so I told her she better get moving. We definitely had more than 4 minutes worth of running left. We went zoomin down the trails and hit a low 6 minute mile pace. Finished with 52 minutes. Ran easy 3 with George around Tonaquint. 8.84 miles

Waited for George to come over so I could go run on some of the trails at White Dome. It's hard to take a break from a run then get back out an hour later. 3.72

| | Slept in to make sure Marieta starts off the week with some positivity. Fun run in the afternoon. Some 4x4 cv intervals. I mixed in and shortened like I do. Then 4 fast 200s with the girls. Cool. 7.13 miles

| | Another sleep in day to spend time with Marieta. No afternoon practice because of the 2 miler at D Hells. So I got out and did me a long into Bloomington Hills and back home. It felt a little long but not too bad. 10.17 miles

| | Up Ice House for a little bit before running back for the team heading up Mustang. Ran slow so I couldn't keep up with the boys. The girls caught me and I was content to run with them. We made the full loop and I had my back spasms on some of the steep hills. 6.29 miles

| | Hiked forever. Killed an elk and packed out as much meat as one person could. Tough terrain but rewarding experience.

| | Sunday night jog. Totally forgot I had a goal to run every day for a year. Friday and Saturday I was elk hunting instead of running. So I guess my rule will be run every day unless elk hunting.

| | PM- Started out with the boys that did the workout in the morning as they did their 20-25 minute run. Then I jumped in and did some intervals with the girls, mainly with Laney and Udy. 4 fast 200s. I tried to blow them all on the last one but Adri and Kate wouldn't let that happen. Cool after. 7 miles

| | Ran from PVMS to my parents to poop then to PVHS. I thought some kids would be there. I guessed wrong. My plan was to run with the team then run home so with no team I just cruised towards Bloomington. Kept it right at 8 minute miles. Way too many damn bikers were out and about. 10.8 miles
