Ran some speed work with the boys (well I tried). I shortened some of the 3 minute intervals so I could focus on different people and actually run their pace. I did about 1:15 with Trey and once we hit the rock hill it was over. My right knee seemed a little tweaked on the hill. 7.18 miles
