| | AM- 25 with the girls, talked the most with Elle and Brecken about school. 3.09 miles
PM- Dream Mile in the cooler weather. I decided to go for it and work on my speed. Hung around Coleman and Katie. I didn't pace very well. Ran the track with Dave while the kids did a "create their own" workout. I hopped in for a little towards the end of the wourkout with the girls. Cooled with girls. 8.05 miles

| | PM- Washingon with boys. I have a more difficult time talking with the boys these days. I have my select groups that I talk to but I need to get out of my way and get to know the boys more. 6.50 miles

| | AM- Old Foremaster Loop. Not sure how we ended up doing the loop but I'm blaming Jason. Had good conversations with Brecken, Elle, and Kate. Hit strides on our way back. Katie almost got hit by some dumb lady unwilling to stop at a stop sign. So as it was happening I swore because I thought I was witnessing an accident. 6.13 miles
PM- Hit a quick 2 miles with Marieta. 2.02 miles
PM2- Aspiration with George. I slowed down quite a bit to have a good conversation with him. Saw another tarantula. 4 miles

| | AM- Weights and 15 minute with boys. Girls took advantage of the icy field and wrote their names on it. 3.58 miles
PM- Track workout with the girls after warming up with the boys, yeah I'm versatile like that. Did sets of 3 minute intervals with 2 minute recovery. 1. 1 minute vo2, 2 minute race. 2. 3 minute race with a solid push. 3. 3 minute race with solid push. 4. 2 at race with last minute vo2. I felt pretty good. Pushed from back to the front on each interval. Girls ran well, even without Brook's leadership. Cool down. 6.62 miles
PM2- Added 2 with Marieta in the hood. 2.20 miles

| | AM- Out towards and almost up Sunrise with the girls. I flipped with Laney, Emmalee, and Alianna. Hit 6 strides with them. Then 6 strides with Kaelynn and other girls. 5.67 miles
PM- Kearn Canyon with George and Marieta. I can't believe how slow George is now but it was fun. We found a hobo hideout and we tried to talk to an owl. 4.5 miles

| | AM- Ran the paved the trail from my house towards the Springs. Georgie called me mid run and wanted to join. He caught up with me about 5 miles in and we created a 6 mile loop. 11.03 miles
PM- Ran around the Bloomington Golf Course much to the disliking of golfers and dogs. Tested out spikes and AZ outfit. Next weekend is going to be fun! 4.55 miles

| | AM- A little on my own then 25 with the boys. 4.51 miles
PM- Some speed play on the back grass. I broke some of the plastic pieces off my watch while trying to replace a band. So I was running around with my watch taped to my wrist. I'm not sure what my long term solution will be. I couldn't see my pace or anything so I was just out there running with the girls. I would run an interval with the top girls then head over and join Alianna and Laney. I felt pretty good. Nice cool. 7.35 miles
PM2- Ran to Wal-Mart from my house using the new trail. Looked for something to buy my Dad then ran back home. 3.25 miles

| | AM- Jogging around neighborhoods by PV waiting for the kids to finish lifting. Then 15 minutes with boys. 4.79 miles
PM- Out past Dino Cliffs and past Sand Hill. I ran around randomly in the desert until the kids arrived. Then I had a really fun desert run with the girls. I had to bail down a hill with Brooklyn Hill, its tradition. It got really windy towards the end. 7.29 miles

NXR Citizens Race (3.18 Miles) 00:19:27, Place overall: 60 | | Warmed up with Jason for 15 minutes. Then we lined up against the fastest Cirizens in the Nation. My plan was to start out conservative, speed up in the 2nd mile, then have my last mile as the fastest. It was a great course and I pushed well. I thought I was pushing harder for the last mile but it ended up being my slowest. I guess I don't know how to race a 5K. My 3 mile time was looking good but I'm not too impressed with my 5K time. It was a fun experience. Beat all the girls but Brooklyn. Ran around cheering all the other racers. I cooled with the boys after their race, then with the girls after their race. 10.45 miles

Abandoned Golf Course 5K (3.1 Miles) 00:19:40, Place overall: 1, Place in age division: 1 | | Warm up on the gc. Then got Marieta to come out for our inaugural Abandoned Golf Course 5K. It was really windy in the first and third miles. The wind was definitely a factor but I think I still pushed pretty good. There were some decent uphills. Good course that I found. Marieta ran 25 something.

| | Ran from our Hotel to Rio Salado, Governor Hunts Tomb, and around PHX Zoo. I tripped at the base of the tomb and cut up my hands. 6.68 miles

| | AM- Met up with the team. Warmed with the boys and hit some strides. Pushed Briger around to test his resiliency. Ran with Trevor, Talan, and Jeric for a couple of intervals on the track. Then also a little with the girls. Then also a little with Coleman and Parker. Mainly with Parker because Coleman always has to poop. My left leg keeps acting like its beat up. Don't know what thats about, probably just the cold and swollen ankle. Not a bad morning. Good to be with the crew again.
My watch took over a mile to load then died shortly after. So I ran with no garmin or strava for a while. Then I recorded part of my run with strava on my phone. So this is some guess work but I'll say I ran around 6.76 miles (definetely not overestimating).
PM- Run with Marieta. We'll call it the Wal Mart loop. Added a little on my own. My hamstring was pulling a little bit. Made me a little nervous. 5.53 miles
