| | Ran the entire Virgin River Rim Trail with my Dad. Strawberry Point down to Woods Ranch. It was rainy, muddy, and very difficult but we survived. We ran and jogged and climbed the 30 miles in 6 hours and 30 minutes.

PM: First official practice with the team. The main guys ran quick. I did not and my ankle hurt.

| | I was entertaining guests up on cedar mountain so I wasn't able to get out and run as much as I wanted.

| | AM: Ran some hills up on Cedar Mountain. I ran 10 minutes on the highway on a really uphilly stretch. Then I ran one steep hill twice and another seperate one once.

| | AM: Easy run to Middleton. I run slow but thats ok on the morning "easy runs". 6.40 miles.
PM: 6 uphill 400s and 6 uphill 200s.

PM: Practice was cancelled so I did a little running with some of the girls on the team but only like 4 miles. That rain got nutz.

| | Did a tempo 5 miler. I had to go poop the whole time. Ran a 33:57. Some of the guys on the team ran in the 26s. Should be a great season.

| | This a rough estimate on my distance but if anything I might have gone further. We ran out on the bear claw poppy trail. I ran by myself because I was too slow for the top runners and too fast for the women. I almost got lost at one point.
