| | Ran with the PVHS track team after an observation day at the school. Bad workout for me, stomach issues. Look forward to the weekend, where I run a ton or hardly at all.

| | I went to Provo for the weekend. I called my buddy Justin Robbins to take me on a trail. We ran across Utah Lake and back.

| | I ran 2.5 to try and loosen up my legs, kind of worked. Then I ran Ice House with Jenecee, Shark, and Skyler.

The team did 10 but I backed up to 6 since I am doing Dogtown.

| | Well I was running the Dogtown Half Marathon but I had the same calf problems I had year ago. I do not usually have calf problems. 2 years in a row Hell Hole has destroyed me. This time I decided not to further my injury so I stopped after 8. I need to get ready for Lake to Lake now.

| | I jogged a little with the team but mainly biked to get their 1200 splits. I do not know what the freak is going on with my left leg.

| | I still don't know what the deal is. I tried jogging. I even participated in 200s the team ran but my left calf kept tighning up
