| | I felt nauseous all day so running was not that great but I kept telling myself to go a little further. City Creek with the boys then I made a quick turn around to find everyone else staggered about closer to Owens. Not a great start to what I thought would be a promising week. In the grand scheme of things it should be fine. 4.41 miles

| | I did a "blow off some steam" run after a waste of time parent teacher conference. 4 parents in 3 hours! I've also been frustrated with my current stomach sickness. I just had to go on a run. 4.43 miles

| | Mobbed around the streets of Vegas. Bonanza trail up to TPC Golf course. I did a little tempo through the Pueblo trail. I felt tired towards the end of the run. I was just happy to finish the week on a positive note. The rest of the week was mediocre. 11.10 miles

| | Ran Leg 9 of the Lake to Lake Relay. I wanted to scope out the uphills. I hit it pretty hard and left R-Man behind. It's a tough leg but nothing I won't be able to handle. It feels good that I can hit some good tempo without pains. Ran the leg backwards with some good push on the last mile. 11.11 miles
