| | Another monday morning stomach problem! Needless to say I missed another morning practice. I think I need to run on Sundays just to shuffle things around. Headed out for 50 with G and the boys and Beattie. I backed off from Allen and Gianno to check on Gary, Eli, and others. Somehow Beattie and G lost track of Allen so I ran back towards target looking for him. I had no luck and figured he went up and over foremaster. Got back to school and found him. Added a mile with Marieta. 8.67 miles

PM- Kick It run! I fell behind adjusting my shoe and couldn't make up the difference. 5.60 miles

PM- 7 600s with Gianno and Allen. They ran well. The track felt great! 5.90

| | AM- Weights and 20 with the boys. Running with the boys is always a faster running experience. I probably need that. I run a lot of slow miles. 2.5 miles
PM- 30 minutes with all the boys then just with Isaac, Allen, and G. I felt run down the whole time. I tried to add a little with Marieta but still felt off. 4.46 miles

| | AM- Rainy 25 with the girls and Holt. Then I caught up with Tyler and Gabe. My Moab half marathon got cancelled due to corona so I won't be doing that this weekend. 3.17 miles

PM- Didn't really get a run in with the team. Corona virus meetings took up all my time. On my way home from the youngster track meet I saw Derek out running pushing his girl in a stroller. I tracked him down and joined him for a jog. I felt worn down and no desire to go further, maybe it's all the craziness going on. 2.20 miles

| | AM- Marieta and I ran the West Rim and East Rim of the Dead Horse Point. It was a perfect trail run for Marieta. 5.47 miles
PM- Just ran a little more to get over 8 miles for the day. There was terrible wind, I could have fell forward and the wind would have kept me up right. A terrible week of sickness and confusion ruined my mileage but better things will come. 2.68 miles

| | 4 with Marieta around Kayenta and Ivins. Then she drove off and I added a bunch of miles alone. I over shot my destination in Ivins and eventually got to the Judd residence. I ran through some random desert. Perfect weather! 11.30 miles

| | Prospector with George in the rain. We got off track and went through several tunnels. Found a dangerous 20 foot drop in one of tunnels. We both were light headed and energy depleted by the end of the run. 9.03 miles

| | Hurricane Rim to Canal with R-Man. Hit some early miles with Marieta. It was fun exploring the tunnels with my Dad. Pretty exhausted towards the end. Did weights after. 11.31 miles

| | AM- Mayors Loop with Steve and Logan. Added another 2 with Logan to Man O War. I really enjoyed the run and the conversation. It's been a really fun week connecting with a handful of different people on runs. Unfortunately I've learned I lack energy for those morning miles. 10.3 miles

| | AM- Ran out towards Sun River. The paved trail was packed with people so I quickly left the trail and did my own route. 5.11 miles
PM- Everybody is out on the trails! Ran a random trail with Marieta by my brother's house. Then added 2 miles without her. 5.01 miles

| | AM- Bloomington Loop with Bloomington rim addition. Felt smooth. 5.35 miles
PM- 10 60 second intervals with 2-minute recovery in between. We ran the trail behind Artic Circle to start things out. I enjoyed mixing in some speed. I recovered with Marieta in-between speed. Weights afterwards. 5.02 miles

| | AM- Did a loop from my house up past Tonaquint and back around the bike path. 6.02 miles
PM- Random trail out towards AZ, parallel to I-15. 2 miles into the run I found a single track and enjoyed mobbing through the desert. 7.12 miles

| | Afternoon run with Marieta out on river rd (from AZ). We discovered the White Dome Nature Preserve and enjoyed going around those soft trails. Together we ran 6. Then I ran home from river rd, mainly on Highway 7. I connected towards Aspiration to get some more dirt. I felt pretty beat towards the end but a good run! 12.12 miles

| | Woke up to a phone call of my dad wanting to go on a run. We left a car at the end of diagonal and drove up Turkey farm in another car. Parked at Black Gulch and headed out on Lange's Dugway. 6 miles on a trail, super nice conservative pace. Then we got down to highway 18 and the tempo began. I started out with some 7's then poured it on. I waited for my Dad to catch up at mile 6. It was a mistake! I lost some of my momentum. I didn't know I was ready for this run but it worked out decently. 15.08 miles
