AM- Bloomington Loop with Bloomington rim addition. Felt smooth. 5.35 miles
PM- 10 60 second intervals with 2-minute recovery in between. We ran the trail behind Artic Circle to start things out. I enjoyed mixing in some speed. I recovered with Marieta in-between speed. Weights afterwards. 5.02 miles
