I started out too fast and started feeling sick. It was still kind of fun though. It was a cool course around my neighborhood and  Panorama Elementary.Willy tore it up with a 18.00(1st place) and Jeff took 4th behind me.

1- 5.45,  2- 6.45,  3.1- 6.53,  total: 19:25.57

total miles: 3.1 + 1 of cool down and warm up= 4.1

About an hour and a half after this race I went and ran another 5.1 miles on some bike trails by my neighborhood. I felt really tired but kept on going.

3 mile AC this morning.

7.1 up in Green Springs today. I started out kind of slow, and fell behind the top guys. I started to pick up my pace and caught up with Kimzey, Willy, Austin, and coach. It took me forever to catch up though. Once I did I was glad because I ran  a lot better with them. It was a great run today!

1600- FRE, Baby Fresh, Willy, Austin, and I ran a 1.5 warm-up. For the race I felt like I was lacking speed, but I will get faster. I really need to work on my third lap too.  .5 cool down after.

I felt horrible this morning so I didn't run with the team. I ran from my house around 3 pm. I just ran around to get 5 miles around then I did some striders. My calves were cramping up pretty much the whole time.

PM: I wasn't planning on running a second time, but  then I got bored at a mutual activity. We hiked to the Scout Caves by Snow Canyon Park. I started in the back and got bored of all the slow hikers, so I pulled ahead and started running. I got to the caves checked them out and ran back to my car. Since I ran back I had like 30 minutes until anyone else would come in. I ran 2 more miles on a bike trail. I was in pants so these miles I ran were uncomfortable.

I missed morning practice again. I ran on my own after 4 wheelin'. I did the Sunrise/Foremaster run from my house and extended a little bit. I tried sprinting in about 260 meters from my house but I had no energy. I would guess that this run was about 7.6 miles.

DESERT RUN- I wore my dads Garmin today. I started by going to the high school, then into Sanberg Desert area. Eventually I got up to the desert up above Green Springs and ran a bunch of slow miles in that sandy crap. I got out of the desert at Middleton and ran home from there. I liked this run a lot even though I had a lot of slow miles in the sand.

Easy 5 miler with everybody.

I am worried about my knee, it hurts to bend a lot. It feels like there is a lot of pressure when I run on it. I am afraid that it will really suck for tomorrows 800s.
