I have been sick the last 2 days and didn't feel like running. Today I took it real easy but still felt real weak and tired.

 

I am officially mad at the Phoenix Suns for the trading of Shawn Marion, and Marcus Banks(Former DSC athlete), for the "Diesel" Shaq. On the other hand Shaq is the man! He is old and out of his prime though.

Sunrise/Foremaster- I started about 4 minutes behind everyone else. I met up with Holt at the bottom of the Sunrise Hill and ran behind him up it. Once I started heading down Foremaster, I saw that I could probably catch up to or get near to Jeff and Ruth. I got to the bottom the hill and this lady stopped me and asked for directions. She thought she was in Bloomington Hills, so I had to correct her and tell her where the mall was. I knew I couldn't catch up to them anymore because of this stop. It was still a good run.

I got out at about noon and took off. I ran on some bike trails a lot of the time. I ran with my dads GARMIN, those things change the way you run. I saw Monty while on my run it was awesome! This was the most miles I have ever hit in one week! 1-6.36 2- 7.47(up Foremaster) 3-7.16 4-7.18 5-6.58 6-7.30 7-7.56 8-7.28 .57- 4.04

I had to check out some houses for the Parade of Homes for Real Estate after school. This took forever then I had a church ball game. After my game I went to the Pine View game and watched us Dominate! I should have ran but I didn't have that much time. I also had to write an essay.

First day of track practice- I felt alright today, but I was having some stomach issues. It was kind of weird to be the veteran guy. Besides Holt I was the oldest one today that ran the 7 mile loop. With Willy, Austin, Kimzey, and Trevor I'm not the young Buck anymore.

3 Tempo runs-  I ran with Kimzey out to the cemetery.

1st mile: I ran with Reno, Willy Austin, and Kimzey. 6.09

2nd mile: It was just me and Reno this time. 6.19

3rd mile: I stopped for water and waited for Kimzey to come around and ran with him for a little. 6.12

3 AC run this morning- I showed up at 6:30 and no one was there so I ran on my own. I saw Willy and Kimzey though.

Dog Pound AT run- I ran behind Kimzey, Willy, and Austin the whole time. I started the threshold at the bank across from Hearts and ended at 3050 E.
