| | Ran a 6 out-and-back to Corral Canyon with Willy, Kimz, and Trevor. This run was really hilly and tough.

Did the Mesquito/Dogpound run with Monty, and Austin. It was supposed to be a 7 mile loop but we came in at only like 5.2. Even though this was shorter than expected, it was still tough. We ran some striders (felt great). So I'm guessing my total mileage is about 6.3 counting everything.

Ran the Mesquito/Dogpound. I started out with Tason, he tripped pretty hard but seemed alright. Later on he fell back so I ran by myself most of the way. 5 barefoot striders.

Today we ran a 6.5 mile loop up in the desert above the Washington Parkway. We ran on this cool little trail for a while, so sweet! It was an easy fun run with "Will the Thrill", Coach, and the 3 Goolds.

AM: Easy Parkway with most of the team. "Will the Thrill", "The 3 Goolds", and I talked about our goals for this year. We are all on the same page, and I think we will all be dedicated to reach our goal.
PM: I was way tired from playing b-ball for 2 hours at the rec center. I went to the Club run at the running store with all the fastest dudes in St. George. Willis and I dropped back and stayed there. We hit up any sprinklers we found on our run. 7 Miler

| | I didn't run at all because of no time, and ate too much. Six Flags was fun though.

AM: Yes I had my first bad practice of the year! Did the Dogpound run, and felt sick the whole time. I walked a lot to avoid pooping my pants. Once I got back to the school I rushed home, took care of business, and did 6 barefoot striders. I'm guessing I ran about a total of 5 miles.
PM: 4 Easy miles by myself around my neighborhood.

AM: Both my running partners are gone. Monty is gone at some camp, and Will the Thrill is doing less miles than the varsity group. So today I ran with the 3 Goolds, on the highland run. I ran pretty well until about the last 400. It was a fun run in the desert though. 7.25 miles
PM: I ran around my hood with my brother. 3.5 miles

AM: I'm really feeling the effects of these 2 a days. Only getting about an hour of sleep didn't help anything either. Ran up some monster uphill in the Green Springs Desert. Ran with Austin, Trev, and Manuele. I walked a lot so I'm guessing I ran about 6.25 miles
I feel really worn out but I still want to reach 60 miles for this week.

Enterprise 10K (6.2 Miles) 00:36:26, Place overall: 3, Place in age division: 1 | | I PR'd on this course baby! It wasn't a very competitive race. As soon as the race started "The Man Child" and Ryan Newman took off and I was behind them by a ways, and thats pretty much the whole story of this race. I ran by myself until this older guy caught up to and passed me for about half a mile, I re-caught and passed him up.
mile Splits:
1. 5.35
2. 5.51
3. 6.02
4. 5.57
5. 6.03
6. 6.56(last 1.2 miles)

We started at the two churches in the fields and ran around theShnobe Kibe Trail. Easy but all these roller coaster down hills and uphills hurt my already hammered legs.

Middleton 7 miler. I started out with Rob, Tason, and Ryan but they turned around at the 5 mile spot. So I had to run with the 3 Goolds again! Those 3 always wear me out, but maybe thats a good thing. 7.2 miles
I ran about a mile warm-up, and cool down to get more miles in since I won't be around later.
Going to Havasui, hopefully I can get a run in down there.
