AM:  I wanted to run 14 out to Coral Canyon but I started to late and felt sick. I will run again in the afternoon. 

AM2: So I had planned on running to the lake later in the afternoon to meet some friends. They ended up going at like 10:30 and I ended up running about 2 hours after I did my other workout. Ran to the lake from 8.3 miles out.

Ran a sucky uphill trail on Pine Valley. It was too much for me to handle. I only made 3.5 up (and walked a lot). Then the return on the downhill was almost worse because I kept slipping.
