SUU Invitational (3.75 Miles) 00:26:00, Place overall: 43, Place in age division: 6 | | I drank OJ and rested as much as I could to get healthy and well for this race. I did a really good job but Cedar was super windy and cold. So I became even more sick after running a slow paced race.

PM: Ran 2 miles to and from the Regional High School meet. After I did 15 60 second intervals with the team.

| | Ran some trails in and around Pioneer Park. I just dinked around

| | I really just wanted today but with my Dad it was a a really great work out. Hiked 8-9 miles in high altitude.

| | PM: Ran 4 to make up for missing morning practice because I was deer hunting.
PM2: 5 minutes later ran 4 sets of 1 minute hard, 2 minute hard, and 3 minute hard with 1 minute recovery in between each hard.

| | Did team relay 400s. I got paired with Shark. We beat the undefeated Arlen and Morgan. It came down to Shark and I vs my Dad and Zach. Shark ran like a 55 to win it at the last second.

| | Did a 4 mile tempo run with the team. I was supposed to a 3 mile tempo after but I was having difficulties so I didn't.
