Mixed in with the tribe and tried to focus on feel. I hadn’t eaten anything all day and felt weak after every interval. Ran part of the last 45 trying to catch Brianna. Talked about legacy on the cool. Baby Trey made an appearance to say what up. Overall a good turn out, Katie even sent Mikey as tribute so we got some Finch representation. 8.34 miles

| | Snake Tunnel
Followed the boys up Sienna Hills. Started with Miles then planned to join the upper minutes crew. A kid from New Mexico told me the crew was doing an out and back so I turned around knowing they would catch me. Turns out they did a loop. I ran down by the free way to get to snake tunnel. Then ran the new ugly development back to the park. 5.05 miles

AM2- Started on a run with Dave and Kaelynn. I found the only massive rock on the side walk and decided to crank my ankle on it. Same exact scenario as last week. I told D and K to press on as I hobbled around for a couple of minutes. Decided pain is temporary and for cowards so I kept running and eventually found the crew. Kaelynn also took a tumble on our way back to the Hotel. Ran around the mall with the kids. 9.31 miles
PM- Cheering on the kids at State! They finished the season super well and more importantly as an actual team. 1.51 miles
