St. George Marathon (26.31 Miles) 03:14:41, Place overall: 293, Place in age division: 37 | | Fastest STG performance (in my name). I'm very proud of my efforts today. My training was not what I wanted (thanks hernia recovery). My longest run before this was a 16 miler las week but I did the best I could with the mileage I put in. I also lost 20+ pounds which helped when bombing down the crazy of the course. Fueled really well this time and even carried my own icy hot for those later miles. I only started to cramp towards the last 3 miles but no complete shut down like previous years. Holt really helped me around mile 24 to stay positive and relaxed. Had short conversations with Bushars, Matt Searle, T-Madison, Joe Allen, and Erik Miguel along the way. Overall a positive experience!
