Mr. Esplin was talking about track in math class today. This got me kind of excited for Track. Coach Holt + Coach Esplin-Cappy= Great Track Season. I ran 3 miles today and felt pretty good, I got a little tired at the end though. I felt out of shape, but I am going to keep running about 3 times a week to get back in shape. Hopefully Fre and I will hook up for some runs.

I played football after school with a bunch of "fottball players" who thought they were way good. It turns out they weren't that good. I ran in the cold tonight, a 2 miler around my neighborhood. 14.00min run

This morning I was going to watch my buddy HINTZE play City League Basketball. His game was at 8 in the morning. So I decided if I was going to wake up this early on a saturday morning, I might as well run. I think it was 22 degrees when I left my house. IT WAS WAY FREAKIN COLD! After the run I went and watched Tason and P-Strat(XC Buddies) lose to HINTZES team.
