I ran this race as a 10 mile workout because if I would have gone all out I probably would have ruined my chance of running fast for region track. So I just went out and ran a solid 10 and then waited for Jared Gentry and ran the final 3 miles with him. If I would have ran the complete race I would have run like a 1:23.
