PM- My calf was bugging during the 10 minute warm so I went and grabbed my calf sleeve. Felt some relief. Hit some laps with the coaches. Then hit the last 200 of Brooklyn and Kate’s 600 interval. Then a second time. Glad I could throw some helpful speed. 5.08 miles
