Yesterday was my last day of antibiotics hopefully this crap that I've had for a month now is done and I can get some consistency back.

| | Super warm morning at 41 today. I'll take that any January morning even with the wind. Nice to get back out, I think I'm probably feeling about 80% so there's a light at the end of this being sick tunnel.

| | Light snow shower and wet roads with patchy icy spots today. Planned an easy 3 but I couldn't run up the sidewalk on 5600S in Roy because it was all icy. I'd never run on the road up 5600 S in Roy with no shoulder and it's always crazy busy. So ran up to 5200 and then up to the rail trail and back home which added an extra mile.
