| | Cold out this morning at 12 but still nice to get outside. Nice clean, cold air this morning after last weeks crappy air. I felt a little tired today, I think I might be getting sick..booo. Hopefully I can fend it off.

| | Well after having my butt completely kicked last week being sick...got back out this morning. Plan was for 13 but I talked myself into an easy 10 instead. Good thing, I'm still not completely back yet. Good run still, nice to get out and do something.

| | Not much worse than this...running along this morning and a big German Shepard jumps out at me growling. I'm fumbling for my pepper spray, luckily a car driving by stopped and honked and scared the dog. The stupid owner asked if it bit me, never heard a sorry or anything. He was across the street and up a house. PUT YOUR DOGS ON A LEASH! It took another mile or so for me to chill back out.

| | This cold won't let go, congestion and head ache yesterday thought I'd take it easy. Good run this morning, no dog attack so that's always a plus. It's weird to me how 24 degrees can feel really cold on some mornings, Tuesday, but not too bad this morning.

| | Good to get back out for a nice run this morning. Felt good today just cruisin. Being in Las Vegas all weekend for soccer and sitting outside in shorts and t-shirt really made it hard to come back home to the cold and smog. I'm soooooo ready for spring.

| | So far we've been pretty lucky with this inversion, hopefully it continues because the last I hear the next storm is around the 1st of February. Good run outside again this morning although it definately felt colder today.

| | Windy, tired run today. At least the air was clear and I actually overdressed a little. Temp was 28 but it felt a little nicer, I guess when compared to 18 or so yesterday it's much warmer. Running into the wind wiped me out this morning.

| | Nice run this morning I felt pretty good today. Now if the air would clear... Is it just me or do we have a lot of personel diesel pickup trucks in Utah. Seems to me with our air quality problems they shouldn't allow these kind of trucks because they seem to be high polluters. I think that when 10-15 of them drive by me in the morning and I get to breathe that wonderful exhaust for .25 I think they should be banned. Ok, there's my rant for the week.

| | Snowy, slushy, slick, and wet run this morning. No plows out until I got to around 5.5 miles in. Wore my All Weather Ride 2's and my Storm socks(thanks for the mention last month Allie) and all was good.

| | Foggy and very slick this morning. It was tricky slick because I couldn't tell the difference between dry and slick road. Made for an interesting run. Good to get out on the last day of January...yeah!
